BenchHelper is a proprietary internal platform provided exclusively to authorized employees and contractors for legitimate business purposes. Access requires an account issued by an administrator. Credentials are personal and non-transferable; sharing accounts or providing access to any third party is prohibited. Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time without notice.
2. Third-Party Content & Trademarks
This platform aggregates links to, and listings from, independent third-party job portals, staffing firms, and employer career pages. All company names, job listings, logos, and trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners. BenchHelper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party portal or employer referenced here. References are provided for informational and navigational purposes only.
3. Accuracy of Listings
BenchHelper is a job aggregation and search platform: it searches publicly available listings from supported sources and stores only the metadata required for searching, filtering, ranking, and de-duplication. Clicking Apply always redirects to the original posting in a new tab — applications are never submitted automatically, no user is ever impersonated, and the original employer or job board always handles the application. Job listings are retrieved from external sources and displayed as received. Titles, salaries, locations, posting dates, and availability may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always verify all details on the original posting before acting on it. No responsibility is accepted for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party listings or websites.
4. External Links
Selecting a listing or source opens the original third-party website in a new tab. Your use of those websites is governed solely by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Review them before submitting any information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mass-apply through any third-party portal; (b) misrepresent candidate or company information; (c) attempt to access administrative functions, other users' data, or the platform's underlying systems without authorization; (d) use the platform for any purpose outside your assigned duties. Applications must always be submitted manually on the original portal in accordance with that portal's terms.
6. Data & Privacy
The platform stores your account details, the profile information you enter, your search keywords and filters, application-tracking marks, and usage statistics. This data is used for internal operations, productivity reporting, and performance review, and is visible to platform administrators. Data is retained in accordance with company policy. To review or correct your data, contact your administrator. Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers or financial details) into free-text fields.
7. No Warranty
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Third-party sources may change or restrict access at any time, which can affect results shown here.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or reliance on third-party content accessed through it.
